I am Wendy Rowe, owner of Front Rowe Realty. Being a fifth generation Bahamian I was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas. Our family originated from Scotland and England- first settled on the island of Harbour Island, Eleuthera in the Bahamas and then ventured east to live in Nassau. My family heritage and name sake Higgs and Cole have very strong routes through-out the Bahamas. I attended St. Andrews school in Nassau before transferring to Stoneleigh-Burnham prep school in Massachusetts. After graduating I then studied at Roanoke College in Virginia and the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where I completed several business courses and earned my associates degree in Commercial Art.

I relocated from Nassau to George Town, Great Exuma in 1998 with my husband and whilst living aboard our boat I discovered the world of real estate! How could I not, with our gorgeous waters and awesome beaches I literally dove head first into the business and have remained for the past 25 years. I am a certified broker and a member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association with my BRI designation and have received my certificate as a residential specialist (CRS) from the National Association of Realtors in the United States. I would like to introduce to you my real estate company Front Rowe Realty that specializes in real estate and rentals for Exuma. “Because if you buy, rent or sell with me I will treat you like a V.I.P! " And as they like to say here in Exuma- “That’s you heh.”

I am a Member of BREA, CRS, served as secretary to the Exuma Chamber of commerce and the Yuma Arts Association. I have served twice as a member of the local Government’s Port Authority Board, treasurer for the Elizabeth Harbour Conservation Partnership and a member of the Exuma Farmers Association. I love the outdoors, especially boating, fishing and beach combing, animals and relaxing with friends.
