With several years of experience and an ever-expanding clientele, Island Easy is confident in its ability to serve seasonal residents effectively and economically.
Especially when they are not in residence, owners of second-homes or rental properties need Island Easy in order to protect and preserve their considerable investment in money, time and energy. Concerns always arise, what happens if a hurricane is approaching? Who cares for my garden whilst I’m away? What if emergency repairs are required? Can my house be painted in my absence? Island Easy has developed a “boutique” selection of services from which clients can choose from, they can create their own management schedule. Prices vary according to the nature of the service, frequency, time required or size and location of the property.
